Majed Jihad
Diagnosis: Peripheral Vascular Disease
Place of origin: Syria
Story:
Majed Jihad is an Iraqi adult who is a recognized refugee by the UNHCR in Syria. He developed peripheral vascular disease that required angioplastic intervention. 80% of the cost of the proposed intervention had been secured by the UNHCR. The Medical Relief Project (MRP) was approached to help provide the remaining co-pay. The requested financial assistance was delivered and the procedure was successfully completed.
We would like to express our gratitude to the AAS-A, its supporters in Syria, UNHCR, making this all possible. |
