Fenos is a victim of war in Iraq where he sustained bilateral eye trauma that cost him the vision in the right eye, and his left one is on the way there. He developed glaucoma and central vein thrombosis of the left eye that is threatening the loss of vision in it. This is a condition that can not be treated in Iraq.

The AAS-A (MRP) has supported his treatment journey from Iraq to Jordan, Syria and finally in Russia where multiple surgeries we performed. The treatment cost was almost $9,000 and was secured by the AAS-A (MRP). He is reported to have a table vision now.
