Zuhoor is a 33 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria who was diagnosed with breast cancer for which he was advised to undergo mastectomy to be followed by chemotherapy.

The patient was referred to us by the AAS-S. The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved her care. She successfully underwent the proposed procedure in Syria at a cost of (20,000 SL). She is reported to be in good condition. She will be referred to the UNHCR in Syria for chemotherapy.
