Zainab is 35 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer for which surgery was completed along with 2 sessions of chemotherapy.
The patient was referred by AAS-S to Assyrian Medical Society to help sponsor the remainder of her 4 additional chemotherapy sessions. The Medical Relief Project of the AMS has approved the care in Syria at a cost of (25,000 SL).
