Sameerah is 52 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria who had been diagnosed with post menopausal bleeding that was biopsied by curettage. The patient was subsequently advised to undergo Total abdominal hysterectomy as a definitive management.

The patient was referred to the Assyrian Medical Society by AAS-Syria.  The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved her care in Syria. The proposed procedure was completed successfully in Syria at a cost of  )20,000 SL.)
