Nadiya  is a 30 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria with complications due to uterine prolapse. The patient was evaluated by gynecology and was advised to undergo surgical repair of the prolapse.

The patient was referred to us by AAS-Syria. The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved her care. The proposed surgery was  successfully completed at a local hospital in Syria at a cost of (18,000 SL). The patient has recovered since.
