Marfen is a 4 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria diagnosed with bilateral medial squints. he was advised to undergo surgical correction.

The patient was referred to us by AAS-Syria. The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved her care. The proposed surgery was successfully completed at a local hospital in Syria at a cost of (25,000 SL). He is expected to make a full recovery.
