Janan is 39 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria who was diagnosed with multiple uterine fibroids. She was evaluated and advised to undergo fibroids resection.

The patient was referred by AAS-S to the Assyrian Medical Society. The Medical relief Project of AMS had approved her care and the surgery was performed successfully in Syria at a cost of (30,000 SL). The patient is in her convalescence period.
