Florence  is a 42  years old Iraqi refugee in Syria who was diagnosed with anterior and posterior prolapse , for which she was advised to undergo anterior-posterior repair.
The patient was referred to us by AAS-Syria. The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved her care. The proposed surgery was successfully completed at a local hospital in Syria at a cost of (18,000 SL). She is expected to make a full recovery.
