Ashur is 35 years old Iraqi Refugee who had broken her right ankle for which she required an operative repair. The patient was referred to Assyrian Medical Society by AAS-S.

The Medical Relief Project of Assyrian Medical Society had approved 50% of the cost of her surgery, an open reduction and internal fixation, in Syria (31,500 SL). She is expected to fully recover.
