Eden is a 2 years old  Iraqi refugee in Syria with recurrent groin pain and swelling. he was seen and diagnosed with a hydrocele for which the parents were advised to have him undergo hydrocelectomy.

The patient was referred to us by AAS-Syria. The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved his care. The proposed surgery  was  successfully completed at a local hospital in Syria at a cost of (13,000 SL). The patient has recovered since.
