Adwar is a 54 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria with disabling large left groin hernia. he was evaluated and advised to undergo repair of the hernia with mesh.
The patient was referred to us by AAS-Syria.

The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved his care. The proposed surgery was  successfully completed at a local hospital in Syria at a cost of (14,000 SL).  he is expected to make a full recovery.
