Adnan is 53 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria who has been having perianal pain and discharge. He has been diagnosed with a fistula-in-ano that requires fistulotomy.

The patient was referred to Assyrian Medical Society by the AAS-Syria. The patient requires a surgical repair of the hernia in Syria. The Medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has approved the surgical care at a cost of (10,000 SL). The patient underwent the surgery successfully on February 23, 2010.
